Parana dheva nayanar

paranadheva nayanar is one among the twelve who sung the padhinoran thirumurai (eleventh thirumurai)(1). There have been many poets by name paranar referred in the history. one set of people say that this devotee is different from the one who lived in the sangam period (BCe). (The paranar who lived in the sangam period has written many songs in the sangam literature.) There is one composition written by this devotee of lord shiva in the eleventh thirumurai, which is shivaperuman thiruandhadhi.
